An almost full-length photographic portrait of Queen Elizabeth (1900-2002) and King George VI (1895-1952) in naval uniform. The Queen is wearing a day dress with a large brooch and three-row pearl necklace and holds gloves in her hands. They are both standing in front of a tapestry. Not signed; unmounted. The King and Queen were photographed for the Australia and New Zealand tour, which was planned for 1952. About this time he was very unwell and in fact had developed lung cancer.
