7" x 5" glass plate negative of Princess Elizabeth of York. Three-quarters length portrait, seated, looking at camera, not smiling, arms folded together at waist and legs crossed over knee. She wears a very short sleeved summer dress with embroidery and scalloped hem and a pendant necklace. Impressionistic background created by re-touching on plate.
