Photograph of Albert Edward, Prince of Wales (1841-1910), later King Edward VII during his tour of India in 1875-1876. The Prince is photographed, possibly in Nepal, standing next to an elephant which has a basket on its back for people; there is a man in the basket, a man at the neck of the elephant and two Indian attendees stood with the Prince who is holding a shotgun in his right hand.
