The Saloon, Sandringham House. View of a wall, on which two paintings are hung and arms and armour are displayed, and part of the room. An empty bird cage is on a table in the foreground. The painting on the left is of Christiansborg Palace by Hansen (RCIN 405125) and the other is of Bernstorff Palace (RCIN 404495), both gifts to the Princess Alexandra on her marriage to the Prince of Wales in 1864.
