  • Photograph of Queen Victoria's Bed Room, Osborne House. The room is dominated by a half-tester bed (RCIN 34159), which has a framed photograph of Prince Albert on his deathbed on the headboard, together with a small votive pocket, and a wreath above. On the floor to right is an embroidered footstool (RCIN 34158). In front of the bed is a chintz-covered chaise longue (RCIN 34180). To the left of the fireplace is a tapestry on a firescreen stand with a scene from Paolo and Francesca (RCIN 34182). To the left is a picture easel with a portrait of Prince Albert (RCIN 406321). The large painting is The Emtombment of Christ by Jager (RCIN 408978). The other larger paintings are: The cousins, Queen Victoria and Victoire, Duchesse de Nemours (RCIN 404875), and L'Abondance by van Eycken (RCIN 408986). There is a small landscape of a ruined castle by Princess Louise (RCIN 408926), under the double portrait. On the chest of the drawers in the corner is an Indian casket (RCIN 34205) and a small triptych with  a portrait of Prince Albert (RCIN 34200).
