The King's Sitting Room, Buckingham Palace.
The painting hanging on the right wall is 'Florinda' by F. X. Winterhalter (RCIN 404860). The painting was purchased by Queen Victoria as a gift for Prince Albert, and was originally hung at Osborne House, on the Isle of Wight.
The large folding screen at the back of the room was later removed to Marlborough House (as seen in photograph RCIN 2102001)Provenance
