-
Photograph of the Crimson Drawing Room, Windsor Castle, looking towards the State Dining Room. A chandelier hangs centrally from the richly decorated ceiling, left of this are settees, chairs, all with loose covers in similar fabric as the wall coverings, and tables. The portrait of Queen Alexandra when Princess of Wales (RCIN 402351) is on the right of the recessed fireplace, and the large portrait of the Duke of Kent (RCIN 405184) further along. In the bay window recess there is a grand piano with a tall candelabra on a stand behind. There appears to be two carpets overlapping each other on top of the marquetry floor.
