Large, bulbous-shaped malachite vase decorated with elaborate gilt-bronze mounts of foliage and flowers. Stem of vase made up of two smaller bulbous shapes and splayed foot. Whole rests on square section pedestal with stepped plinth also with mounts of foliage.
Provenance
Exhibited at the Great Exhibition 1851 where purchased by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.
