ABC alphabetical railway guide c.1923
-
The ABC Guide Book was first printed in 1853 and for much of its history served as a competitor to the more famous Bradshaw's Guide. It provided users with helpful information about timetables, routes and stations. In 2007 the guide ceased publication, but it was revived in 2010 as a handbook for train spotters.
This miniature copy was produced around 1923 and is found in Queen Mary's Doll's House at Windsor Castle.
