A dagger or peshkabs with a one edged pointed straight backed steel blade and a silver-gilt hilt decorated with enamelling of blue flowers and green leaves. A cord of gold thread with two tassels and green glass beads attached. The green velvet covered wooden scabbard decorated with silver mounts enamelled with blue flowers and green leaves.
Provenance
Presented to King Edward VII, when Prince of Wales, during his tour of India in 1875-76 by Maharaja Persad Singh.
