A book published in Rome intended to aid missionaries in spreading the Christian doctrine in India. It includes transcriptions of the Lord's Prayer, the Ave Maria and the Apostles' Creed in Hindustani, written in kaithi script as used at the University of Benares. The missionary and Indologist Cassianus da Macerata Beligatti (1708-91) transcribed the characters for the publication.
